Return & Refund Policy — DERMAN
Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, we currently do not accept returns on opened or used products.
However, we will gladly assist you in the following situations:
• Product received is damaged
• Product received is incorrect
• Product received is defective
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product.
Once verified, we will arrange either:
• A replacement product, or
• A refund to the original payment method
Refunds, if approved, are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
